I PICKED UP MY PERMANENT VOTERS CARD IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.

Hey, you know what?

It took me roughly FIVE minutes to collect my Permanent Voters Card (PVC) from where I registered back in 2011, Agege LG-Lagos to be precise.

We criticize government institutions a lot in Nigeria,so I just thought I'd drop my little commendation to INEC and their staff around my former polling unit in Agege.

My problem now is that I've changed address and moved to another Local Government area, still in Lagos, with this PVC, can I vote anywhere?

Please I need answers, any INEC staff reading this?
